For over twenty years, owner, Randy Walker has honed his skills and reputation as a trusted locksmith.

He and, 40 year veteran locksmith, Richard McEvoy CPL (Certified Professional Locksmith), are committed to providing quality service to the community. They, and their staff, believe that a reputation as an honest and reliable business is the recipe for a successful customer relationship.

While others seek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary services to customers, we believe that a good reputation, consistent service and competitive pricing better serves our customers in the long run. Randy and Richard grew up in west Ottawa and remain residents in the community. Randy began apprenticing at Nepean Kanata Lock twenty years ago and has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the locksmith trade.
