These businesses have an assigned custodian and provide a secure location where customers can receive their deliveries instead of having them delivered to their homes.
How Amazon Hub Counters work? Basically, customers can go to designated locations to retrieve their Amazon shipments. The Hub Counter will accept the shipment and provide the customer with a pickup code to show to a representative at the location. This method adds a personal touch to the experience and decreases the risk of theft.
